It is so important for us to be in control of our own health and well being. When we are, we show up in the way we most want to be. I love it  when clients discover how their life can transform when they learn how to leverage the power of breathing and movement to  allow wellbeing, energy flow, and relaxation in the body. This is makes us more graceful and efficient and happier too. When we bring together mind, body and soul — we release patterns of tension, stress, and injury and step into our power. 

Private Sessions

In these customized 60-minute sessions you’ll discover how to leverage your body’s strengths,  and you’ll uncover the hidden weaknesses that may have stopped you from getting the results you’ve always wanted. You can learn at your own pace, work on personal goals, or rehabilitate injuries. These sessions are for those wanting the highest level of personal attention and a holistic method of healing and well-being. You will learn how to take your health into your own hands by transforming your breathing, postural, and movements habits in order to thrive.

*Private Sessions can be purchased as individual sessions or a package.

Introduction to Pilates Class:

In this 60-minute introductory class you will receive a postural assessment, get familiar with the Pilates equipment and will begin to increase flexibilty, strengthen your core and body awareness while you learn the Pilates fundamentals at your own pace. After you have taken the class we can decide which group class is the best fit for you to join or if you prefer, you can continue with Private Sessions. And if you need guidance about next steps, I’m here to help!

Partner/Semi-Private
Sessions:

These are 60-minute classes with 2 people. It’s designed to be a fun and challenging class that adapts to you and your partner. We will strengthen, tone, and lengthen muscles. This class will be done using the Pilates Reformer machine and is generally more dynamic than mat-based Pilates. If you don’t have a partner, I can match you with someone of your experience and fitness level.

Reformer Group Class Foundational Level 1

Slow and Steady

This is a 60-minute class with 3 people training on the Pilates Reformer to improve strength and flexibility while having fun!  You will work on balance, alignment, core strength and muscle tone. The Pilates equipment adjusts to suit your individual strength and flexibility. Classes progress as you do to keep your body guessing, your mind focused and your spirit inspired!

*Must have Introduction Session before attending.

Pregnancy and PostPartum:

This is a specialized class for Pregnant mamas to build strength, endurance, and connection to prepare for birth. In postpartum classes, I’ll help you restore your core, release tension in the body and build back to a healthy posture after pregnancy. Special assessments and emphasis are given for Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor toning. Available as Private Sessions, or Group Classes.

Reformer Group Class Intermediate Level 2

Step it up a notch!

This is a 60-minute class with 3 people. It’s for the experienced student who is ready for more challenge and athletic variations to the Level 1 class.

Payments Details:

Payments for Group Classes are due by the first week of the month. The payment reserves your space in the class for the month. If you are unable to attend a class you can gift a class to a current member of the Core Connection Community or switch with another student. There is a WhatsApp Group you will have access to easily switch or pick up classes.

Our Time Is Precious

Because of the nature of this work, your session times are reserved specifically for you. Classes are custom-designed for small groups, and private sessions are for those who want one-to-one nurturing support. This allows you to get the most out of our time together.  For that reason, all Private and Introductory session schedule changes require a at least 24-hours notice for rescheduling.  This allows me to give this high level of service and support. For group classes, your place is reserved for you for the month and you can pick up extra classes, switch or gift classes with other students via the WhatsApp Group.
